Business continuation and sale of an agricultural / horticultural company made possible

We are pleased to report that we were able to successfully support another company in ensuring its continuation of operations and ultimately accompanying the sale of the company.

During the project at the Saxon medium-sized company, the main focus laid on securing the continuation of operations. To this end, we created a liquidity plan for the bankruptcy proceedings and supported the ongoing controlling activities. In addition, we carried out a profitability analysis of individual parts of the company (profit center accounting). Furthermore, we developed a production scenario.

Ultimately, we oversaw the sale process of the company until its takeover. This included e.g. creating a company brochure, addressing numerous potential investors and implementing the distressed M&A process. Thanks to the good cooperation, we were also able to satisfy creditors‘ interests to a high degree.
